Senior Manager, Project Management
Responsibilities
- To assist in the overall management and operations of all Company's development projects.
- To provide support and commitment for the overall implementation of the property development system in the organization.
- Lead the project team in the implementation and successful completion of all projects.
- Conduct analysis of the business environment, competition and products in the market to determine our market position.
- Report project progress status.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Building Management or equivalent.
- Knowledge in Conquas 21 and Qlassic an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property development industry with at least 3 years in a similar capacity.
