Manager, Operational Risk Management
Responsibilities
- To manage the day-to-day functions of the Operational Risk Management team.
- Develop and implement various Operational Risk Management programs such as Scenario Analysis, Key Risk Indicators (including statistical validation of the results) and operational risk capital quantification.
- Enhance existing ORM MIS reports and develop new ORM scorecards and dashboards to measure operational risk by business unit. Assist in conducting targeted ORM reviews and develop a robust control related reporting structure.
- Conduct in compliance with the Company's objectives and policies as well as the Code of Ethics and the acceptable Standards for the Professional Practices of Risk Management. Supervise and develop junior ORM staff.
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology or other related discipline.
- 3-5 years relevant experience in operational risk measurement and management / audit in an IT related environment.
- Strong analytical skills
- Good knowledge of best practice standards for Business operations and Information Technology Operations and Processes
- Extensive and strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent written, presentation and communication skills; able to prepare statistical and narrative reports
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision.
