Head Information Services (CIO)
Responsibilities
- Formulate information services and technology strategic plans, policies and programs to accomplish corporate goals and objectives
- Develop strategic plans and implement the objectives of the information services and technology needs of the company to ensure the computer capabilities are responsive to the needs of the company's growth and objectives
- Develop and manage operating policies and approaches for computing and information technology
- Establish the SOP for all IT services and get management approval
- Interact with company managers on internal and external operations that are impacted by the capture, storage, processing and dissemination of information
- Manage and review IT Security Policy on the information systems, communication lines and equipment
- Responsible for the review of all back-up and disaster recovery procedures and plans
- Establish and implement short – and long – range departmental goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures
- Manage and coordinate the quarterly and yearly audit review
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/MIS with more than 10 years working experience, preferably in financial institution
- Possess strong knowledge in areas related to Application Development, IT Operations and IT Security
- Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills
- Able to effectively lead a team.
