Deputy General Manager – Marketing & Sales (Commercial)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting in the oversight of the company's property management and operations functions.
- Implement policies and procedures for professional property management and reporting as well as recruiting, training and overseeing on-site property management staff.
- Set the operating goals and objectives for each property and department within Property Management and negotiate major vendor contracts for the properties out-sourced services.
- Play a central role in the hand-over of new developments from development staff to operations, including overseeing tenant fit-outs and preparation for grand openings.
- Leasing and lease renewal, customer service, tenant relations, property maintenance and capital budgeting.
- Ensures tenants' needs are met and associates are engaged in their jobs.
- To issue Non-Conformance Report (NCR) on non-conformances identified.
- To implement all policies, activities, procedures as relevant and required by the property development system.
Requirements
- Degree in Office Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years working experience with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
- Matured with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu
