Responsibilities
- Develops and monitors strategies for ensuring the long-term financial viability of the organization Responsible for developing and implementing strategic objectives in relation to acquisition, procurement & project departments
- Collaborates with the board to define and articulate the organization's vision and to develop strategies for achieving that vision
- Creates annual operating plans that support strategic direction set by the board and correlate with annual operating budgets; submits annual plans to the board for approval
- Assures that the organization and its mission, programs, and services are consistently presented in a strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders
- Oversees the operations of organization and manages its compliance with legal, financial and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of working experience in senior management position in construction or property development industry.
- Good working knowledge of Malaysian property including service apartments, office, retail, hotel, etc.
- General knowledge on rules and guidelines on property industry.
- Has strong management and good decision making skills.
- Able to lead and manage the relevant teams to achieve company's goals & objectives.
- Possess strong business acumen to manage business units to achieve projected revenue & profitability with effective cost management.
