Accounting Manager
Responsibilities
- Preparation of timely management and financial reports
- Involve in budgeting and forecasting
- Involve in operational finance matters
- Dealing with bankers and auditors
- Prepare and co-ordinate on corporate tax computation and annual return submission
- Involve in other ad-hoc finance matters or other corporate exercises
Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy or professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/MICPA/MIA etc.)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, candidates with experience in Property Development/construction
- Familiar with budgets, cash flows & management reporting
- Mature and able to work under minimum supervision
- Possess strong analytical/problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills with all level of people
